HOW I WORK
— if you really need a label
I don’t really sell services.
I step in at different moments, for different reasons.
Sometimes beside a creative director, keeping a House’s language intact as it becomes eyewear. Sometimes beside an emerging Maison, helping its identity travel without losing its accent. Sometimes right at the beginning, when a brand decides eyewear should exist at all.
Different briefs. Same job: making eyewear feel native to the brand, desirable in its own right, and strong enough to survive everything that happens between the first idea and the market.
KEEP THE FASHION HOUSE IN THE FRAME.
You already have a world.
My role is to make sure eyewear belongs to it.
I work beside creative directors as an independent eyewear creative partner — bringing an outside eye with insider knowledge of the industry, its possibilities, its blind spots and the certainties it likes to manufacture.
It could mean shaping the eyewear category season after season, keeping its language coherent as the House evolves; stepping in from the outside with a shot of fresh perspective — a runway capsule, a focused collection, the hero piece capable of carrying the season; or going back into the archive to find a code worth disturbing rather than simply repeating.
The vision stays yours. I make sure eyewear speaks it fluently.

Where I come in
CREATIVE DIRECTION (OFF-CAMERA)
An independent eye beside the creative director, from first intuition through collection approval — connecting instinct, memory, culture and industry so eyewear speaks the language of the House.
Collection concepts & hero products
Seasonal directions, runway pieces, capsules and the few frames strong enough to become unmistakably the House.
Design
From first gesture to developed eyewear, always keeping fashion ahead of category thinking.
ARCHIVE, CULTURE READING & VISIONARY RESEARCH
Looking backward and forward at the same time — decoding what belongs to the House and sensing what may matter next.
TECHNICAL TRUTH-CHECKING (THE POETIC KIND)
Working through development, licensees and manufacturers so technical reality sharpens the idea instead of quietly replacing it.
GO GLOBAL.KEEP YOUR ACCENT.
The next generation of luxury doesn’t need to imitate the old one.
It needs enough confidence to travel.
I work with ambitious emerging fashion brands across Europe, Asia and the US that want eyewear to become part of their international language without sanding away the cultural point of view that made them interesting in the first place.
That means understanding how a frame is seen, worn and desired across different markets — while resisting the temptation to design something generically “global”.
Global recognition should amplify identity, not neutralise it.

Where I come in
Eyewear identity
Defining the visual and product language that makes eyewear recognisable as yours before the logo has to explain it.
Collection & hero product design
Building a focused eyewear proposition around memorable shapes, codes and objects with genuine desirability.
Cultural calibration
Understanding how proportion, attitude and luxury codes travel between markets without turning cultural difference into a formula.
Regional fit & wearability
Designing proportion, bridge, volume and balance around the people who will actually wear the product — with dedicated solutions where markets require them.
Future-facing development
Bringing digital tools, advanced manufacturing, new materials and emerging technology into the conversation when they genuinely make the product better.
BUILD THE CATEGORY.NOT JUST THE COLLECTION.
Eyewear is remarkably easy to license.
Building it well is another matter.
I work with fashion, leather goods and lifestyle brands before eyewear becomes just another product line — defining what the category should mean for the brand, how it should look, where it should sit and which kind of industrial structure can actually support it.
I’ve seen eyewear from the fashion side, the optical side and the founder’s side.
That becomes useful here.
I approach these projects with a tailor's mindset — direct involvement, no preset formula, no unnecessary layers. Each project is built around the brand, its ambition and the people already in the room, bringing in trusted specialists only where they genuinely add value. Before choosing who will manufacture the frames, we establish why they should exist.

Where I come in
TURNKEY EYEWEAR LAUNCH 0→1
A tailored path from the first strategic question to the identity, architecture and creative direction of the debut collection — built around the specific brand rather than a pre-existing formula.
Brand-to-eyewear translation
Finding the codes, proportions and gestures capable of carrying the brand into eyewear without turning it into merchandise.
Business & partnership architecture
Helping define the right path between direct development, specialist manufacturing, hybrid structures and licensing.
PREFERENTIAL INDUSTRY ACCESS
Connecting each project with a trusted network of leading eyewear manufacturers in Italy and China, with direct access to the specialist workshops best suited to its specific needs.
Development & launch support
Staying personally close through development, collection building, packaging, presentation and internal product storytelling so the idea survives its first encounter with reality.
DIFFERENT ENTRY POINTS,
SAME STANDARD.
A heritage Maison protecting its creative language.
An emerging luxury brand taking that language further.
A brand entering eyewear for the first time.
The circumstances change. The principle doesn’t.
Eyewear should never feel like a licensed afterthought, a technical exercise or a logo looking for a frame.
The work is done when it feels
UNMISTAKABLY TRUE TO THE BRAND.
